Since it's the first time experensing game developement for most of
you guys, I will have to explain what is Producers job - other professions
are easy to understand, so i am not going to explain them.

A Producer is the manager of the project. He setup the project
schedules, milestones, synchronize the production pipelines,
arranging production events and oversees "creative design and
implementation" of the product.

As the Producer of the team, i will have to wip you guys and make
sure the project is delivered on time. This is very important for
the product out come. I will tell you to do some work sometimes
and i can foresee you will be pissed if I am pushing you too hard.
So when this kind of situation comes up, pls understand that i will
stand by the whole team's interest instead of yours. I know we are
all friends and this is why it's so problemetic. Everybody have to
work with each other to ensure maxium effeciency.

Now, i need you guys to reply in this topic to confirm your status
and available time. For example:

I hereby confirm that I am in the project
and my contribution is roughly xx hours per week.

and from month XX - XX i wont have time

etc

Try to set the most possible time, so i wont give you too much
work, and i can calculate the time frame more accurately.

Anyone wants to join in the core team pls reply now. Core team
member must know their responsorbilities to the project and their
name will be seal on the final product and shares the project IP.
Isolated workers' name will appear on the Special thx and do not
hold the right to possess our IP.

This topic will be closed at the end of next week.
Pls think carefully.

For my schedule is unclear at this point, it is hard to estimate the hours I can contribute per week right now. I'm sorry....

If nothing goes wrong, for this two month,
June, 10 hours per week
July, 15 hours per week

pls include hours for the period before exam
you can put small numbers no problem

you can add the programmers on msn group in anycase.
